Property Manager Service Transfer Request

Below is the information needed to set up or transfer services into the property management company’s name.

 

We will also need a copy of the property management agreement for our records.

 

Important:

  • Please have your tenants email Texas Water directly at billing@texaswater.net to transfer the water account into their name, and ask them to copy you on the email.

  • Before returning a tenant’s security deposit, please contact our office to confirm the account status.

Accepted formats: PDF, JPG, PNG

A $35 non-refundable service transfer fee will be applied each time an account is transferred. After receiving your bill, you may register your account online to access our online payment options.
