Property Manager Service Transfer Request
Below is the information needed to set up or transfer services into the property management company’s name.
We will also need a copy of the property management agreement for our records.
Important:

Please have your tenants email Texas Water directly at billing@texaswater.net to transfer the water account into their name, and ask them to copy you on the email.

Before returning a tenant’s security deposit, please contact our office to confirm the account status.
