Online Payment Help

• Select your system's name by clicking on the small circle next to the name.


• Enter your system account number in the System Account Number box.


• Enter the payment amount as shown on your bill into the Payment Amount box. (Please note: There is a $498.00 limit per transaction for eCheck payments. If your are making an eCheck payment that exceeds the $498.00 limit please divide your payment into separate transactions that are less than $498.00 each. The $2.00 convenience fee will be added to each transaction.)


• Click the Continue button to submit your information and display the Online Payment Preview page.


• Your System Name, System Account Number, Payment Amount, Convenience Fee and Total Payment should be displayed on the Online Payment Preview page. If this information is not displayed you may receive an error message when you attempt to submit your payment on the following Authorize.Net Secure Checkout page.


• Click the Continue button on the Online Payment Preview page to access the Authorize.Net Secure Checkout page.


• Your System Name and Total Payment (including the convenience fee) should be displayed in the Order Information section of the Authorize.Net Secure Checkout page. Your System Account Number should be displayed as the Customer ID in the Billing Information section of the Authorize.Net Secure Checkout page.


• Complete your credit card information (or checking account information for eChecks) on the Austhorize.Net Secure Checkout page. Please include your name and address as listed on your credit card or bank account.


• If you receive an error message after submitting your payment on the Authorize.Net payment page, please use your web browser's BACK button to return to the TexasWater.Net Online Payments page and verify that you have completed the following entries:

• System Name

• System Account Number

• Payment Amount

The TexasWater.Net online payment service allows customers to make fast and direct credit card or eCheck payments to their accounts. As alternative methods of payment, many of our customers choose to mail checks or money orders, or to use their bank's online bill payment service which is offered free to most bank customers. When mailing a personal check or money order, or paying through your bank's online payment service, please allow five days before your bill's due date for delivery and processing of your payment.
