You are not required to use the TexasWater.Net online payment service to pay your bill. This service is offered as a convenient, alternative bill payment option.

The TexasWater.Net online payment service allows customers to make fast and direct credit card or eCheck payments to their accounts. As alternative methods of payment, many of our customers choose to mail checks or money orders, or to use their bank's online bill payment service which is offered free to most bank customers. When mailing a check or money order, or paying through your bank's online bill payment service, please allow five days before your bill's due date for delivery and processing of your payment.
